Job Description:

As a Technical Lead for Enterprise Applications at Mongrov, you will play a pivotal role in steering the technical direction of our cutting-edge projects. Working within the domain of enterprise applications, you will leverage your expertise in Python+Javascript OR MERN Stack to architect and design scalable solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring a dynamic team of developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
Collaborating closely with product managers and business stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Providing technical leadership throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Architecting and designing enterprise-level applications, optimizing for scalability and eﬃciency.
Conducting thorough code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality and consistency.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues that may arise during development.
Regularly report project progress and maintain the roadmap.
Highlight operational diﬃculties affecting job performance.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members and interns.
Must be communicative and responsive

Skills Required:

Python + JavaScript or MERN Stack
Hands-on in any of the above programming language
Strong coding knowledge and work experience
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Should be a good program solver
Good in git and git workflow
